Isaiah 51:6

There's mercy I did not deserve
And still it came for me
It found the dark I called my home
And taught my eyes to see
The trembling came before the calm
The storm before the sun
I did not know what held me then
I know now what was done
When all the years are burned away
And time has lost its hold
We'll still be singing, still be here
And never once grow old
I've crossed the flood, I've crossed the drought
The years that would not bend
The hand that brought me this far out
Will bring me to the end
The hills will go, the rivers dry
The sun go dark as glass
And everything I called my own
Will pass, and I will pass
When all the years are burned away
And time has lost its hold
We'll still be singing, still be here
And never once grow old
It found the dark I called my home
And taught my eyes to see
