Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Effective Date: February 24, 2026
Servant Recordings ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website ServantRecordings.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit our Site, use our services, submit forms, make purchases, or donate to our ministry.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our Site or submit any personal information.
We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, as well as certain information that is collected automatically when you visit our Site.

When you visit the Site, certain information may be collected automatically, including:
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Our custom music service involves a unique creative process. When you submit a custom music request, you provide us with personal information that goes beyond typical contact details — including your personal story, life experiences, scripture references, and details about the occasion for your song.
We retain your custom music request details (including your personal story) for as long as necessary to fulfill your order and for a reasonable period afterward to address any follow-up questions or requests for modifications. See Section 8 for our full data retention policy.
All payments on ServantRecordings.com — including custom music purchases ($100 per recording) and donations ($25 and $50 one-time gifts) — are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor.
When you make a payment or donation, Stripe collects and processes your payment information directly. This may include your card number, expiration date, CVC, billing address, and other details necessary to complete the transaction. Stripe's collection and use of your information is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
After a transaction is completed, we receive a limited confirmation from Stripe that includes: transaction status (success or failure), transaction amount, a truncated reference to the payment method (for example, the last four digits of your card), and a transaction identifier. This information is used solely for order fulfillment, record-keeping, and resolving any disputes or issues with your order.
We recognize that prayer requests and certain messages submitted through our contact form may contain deeply personal, sensitive, or confidential information. We treat these communications with the reverence and discretion they deserve.
If you submit a prayer request or share sensitive personal information through our contact form, you do so voluntarily. We encourage you to share only what you are comfortable with. Please know that while we handle your information with care, communications sent via our website forms are transmitted over the internet and cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure during transmission.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our records.

If you receive any email communications from us, you may opt out at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in the email or by contacting us directly. Please note that opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional messages related to active orders or donations.
Where we rely on your consent to process personal information, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before the withdrawal.
To exercise any of the rights described above, please contact us at [email protected]. To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond to all verified requests within 30 days. If we need additional time, we will notify you of the reason and the expected timeline.
