• Custom Music Purchase Information: Similar to donations, your payment details for custom music orders are processed directly by Stripe. We receive only a transaction confirmation and the information you provide in the request form.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, certain information may be collected automatically, including:

• Your personal story and the details you provide will be used by our creative team to write original lyrics and produce a custom recording tailored to your request.
• Elements of your story, scripture selections, and emotional themes may be incorporated directly into the song lyrics, melody, and arrangement.
• Your story is shared only with members of our creative team who are directly involved in writing and producing your custom song.

3.2 Confidentiality of Your Story

• We treat your personal story with the utmost care and respect. We understand that the details you share are deeply personal and often tied to significant life events.
• We will never publicly share, publish, or redistribute the personal story you submit without your explicit written consent.
• We will never use your name, likeness, or identifying details in any public-facing material (website, social media, promotional content) without obtaining your prior written permission.
• The finished song recording is delivered to you and is considered your personal property for private use. If we ever wish to feature your song publicly (for example, as a testimonial or sample of our work), we will contact you separately to request permission.

3.3 Retention of Creative Submissions

We retain your custom music request details (including your personal story) for as long as necessary to fulfill your order and for a reasonable period afterward to address any follow-up questions or requests for modifications. See Section 8 for our full data retention policy.

4. Payment Processing

All payments on ServantRecordings.com — including custom music purchases ($100 per recording) and donations ($25 and $50 one-time gifts) — are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor.

4.1 What We Do NOT Collect or Store

• We do not collect, process, or store your credit card number, debit card number, bank account number, or any other sensitive payment credentials on our servers.
• We do not have access to your full payment card details at any time.

4.2 What Stripe Collects

When you make a payment or donation, Stripe collects and processes your payment information directly. This may include your card number, expiration date, CVC, billing address, and other details necessary to complete the transaction. Stripe's collection and use of your information is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

4.3 What We Receive From Stripe

After a transaction is completed, we receive a limited confirmation from Stripe that includes: transaction status (success or failure), transaction amount, a truncated reference to the payment method (for example, the last four digits of your card), and a transaction identifier. This information is used solely for order fulfillment, record-keeping, and resolving any disputes or issues with your order.

5. Prayer Requests and Confidential Communications

We recognize that prayer requests and certain messages submitted through our contact form may contain deeply personal, sensitive, or confidential information. We treat these communications with the reverence and discretion they deserve.

• Confidential Handling: Prayer requests are read only by members of our ministry team who are directly involved in our prayer circle. They are not shared publicly, posted online, or disclosed to any third party.

7.3 Hosting and Infrastructure

• Donation Records: Retained as required by applicable tax and financial record-keeping laws (typically up to 7 years for financial transaction records).
• Prayer Requests: Retained for up to 1 year, then securely deleted.
